The rooftop infinity pool
An infinity-edge pool on the roof, looking down the Saigon River towards Thu Thiem, with loungers along one side. It is the best-known feature of the hotel and also its most-cited small disappointment: every review calls the pool small.
What it is a place for a swim, the view and a sunset photo. Know before you go it is guests only, with no separate children’s pool.

Vertical Sky Bar
The rooftop bar beside the pool serves signature cocktails, wine and local draught beer. The hotel lists a buy-one-get-one happy hour from 18:00 to 20:00, a live band on Saturday and Sunday from 19:30 to 22:15 and a salsa night on Fridays from 21:30.
What it is a sunset drink with a view, open to non-guests too. Know before you go weekend music can carry to upper rooms.

The pool opens at 6:30. Early on you will usually find a free lounger and the river at its calmest, before the heat builds.

Happy hour starts at 6 pm and the bar fills quickly on weekend evenings. Arrive a little earlier for a seat facing the river.
Honest note
The pool is small and there is no children’s pool or kids’ club. The hotel does not list a sauna, despite mentions on some travel sites. If a large pool for long afternoons matters, this is the wrong hotel; for a morning swim and a sunset drink, it works well.
